On January 23, 2017, Jeffrey H. Lane, our Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, informed us that he plans to retire after his successor takes office and there is an appropriate transition period. Mr. Lane has been our General Counsel and Secretary since 1996. The Company will be interviewing candidates to fill this position.
