In order to reduce his outside time commitments, Donald T. Nicolaisen resigned as a member of our Board of Directors effective October 20, 2016. Comments from our non-executive Chairman of the Board and from our CEO expressing their appreciation for Mr. Nicolaisen’s service appear in a press release we are issuing today.
